File Upload Help
Introduction
You can easily upload digital files for your print orders. Forget the hassle of emailing large files, figuring out FTP, or using third-party services to transmit files. Our file uploading service is simple and robust, and allows upload sizes of around 125mb per file.
If you are ordering printed products online, you can upload files from your 'My Orders' dashboard. You can access 'My Account' by logging in. Or access the 'My Orders' dashboard at any time through the drop down menu item labeled 'My Orders'.
Once on the "My Orders' dashboard screen, click on 'Add Artwork' to see a list of orders in progress. You will see notes indicating the status of artwork (if any). Click 'Add/Edit Artwork' to add or remove files to your order.

You can upload files even if your order is being submitted offline or via email. Access 'Upload File' under the drop down menu item 'Online Services'.
For security reasons, you must be logged in to your gopronto.com account to upload. If you do not have an account, it is easy to register. All that is required is your name, email address, and a password to secure your information.

Basic File Uploads
You may choose the Basic File Upload method if you are placing an order offline, via email, or by telephone. This method allows you to simply transmit a file along with your basic information instead of using email, FTP, or third-party file-transmission services.
Basic file uploads are reliable and quick, usually faster than email or third-party services.
Maximum file size allowable is around 125mb. Most free third-party file-transmission services are limited to 100mb or less.
For security reasons, you must be logged in to your gopronto.com account to upload. If you do not have an account, it is easy to register. All that is required is your name, email address, and a password to secure your information.
To execute a basic upload, access 'Upload File' under the drop down menu item 'Online Services'. Confirm or input your information, along with any helpful notes to go with your file(s). Your name, telephone number and email address are required so we can contact you with any questions.
Click 'Choose file(s)' to move to the upload screen.
Click 'Browse' to access your workstation's files. You can upload multiple files. Just use Shift to select a range of files, or hold down the Ctrl-key (Windows) or the Command-key (MacOS) when clicking individual files. If you select the wrong file, you can remove it from the queue before it gets uploaded. Just click "Browse" again to add more files.
If the gray 'Browse' button (pictured right) doesn't appear, you may need to update your Adobe Flash Player software. Click here to update now.
